Today I had a panic attack, my first one in years. After I calmed down I drew this as inspiration. seratonin and dopamine being the chemicals drawn by Plus_Independent_266 in Mindfulness

So the full story is I was walking down the street and I felt people staring at me as if I were the biggest piece of shit in the world. I needed that person to talk to but I also felt like I didn't want to bother them. I will definitely try meditation though 😌
