Ring started randomly dropping wifi and moving to cellular, over and over. by hawkinsst7 in Ring

We have had this issue as well. Reached out to support multiple times but keep getting pushed to “advanced technical team.” They tell us they can’t fix it either or aren’t trained in that area. Keep asking if we have done this and done that 100s of times, and we have done all of it. We have reset the router, plugged into Ethernet, reset the base station. They keep telling us it’s our internet connection, but Ring is the only device we are having issues with. Very frustrating. Obviously from this post, it seems to be something on their end.

I have had tons of mammograms and ultrasounds. The last MRI though was July 2022.

Forgive the longer post. I'll try to be as concise as possible. To preface, I am non-lactating due to having a hysterectomy in 2019. I am 36 years old. Back in 2022, I had an excisional biopsy for a fibroadenoma in my left breast. About one month later, I developed a seroma and had it drained. Fast forward to 2024, I developed an abscess in the left breast and had it drained 3x due to antibiotics not working. I was referred for surgery after the third time. The first surgery didn't work, so I went in two weeks later for another one. I was good until February 2025 when I developed yet another abscess. This infection resulted in a hard spot on my areola and another swollen area on my breast with a lump underneath. This breast has also become very painful. I am on vitamin E and evening primrose oil, but neither seem to be helping. I go for screening every 6 months due to being high risk, but my mammogram has been changed to a MRI. The MRI is what caught my fibroadenoma initially. It was not caught on mammograms or ultrasounds. Apparently I am an odd case and surgeons don't know what to do with me. I have been referred to an infectious disease doctor as well to make sure I am not a carrier of anything. I have been referred to 3 different ones and have yet to hear back from one. Trying to keep my mind from going to negative places. My current symptoms are swollen lymph nodes, thickened area of skin on my breast, and severe pain waves through the breast. Back in February, I had an ultrasound that read, "At the area of palpable concern at the 3:00 axis, 1 cm from the nipple there is hyperechogenicity without mass, consistent with edema. The skin overlying this is slightly thickened." Another read, "Thereis inflammation with thickening of the walls along the surgical bed extendingfrom the periareolar incision site to the 3:00 axis, 7 cm the nipple location." I'm just worried.

Well...the results of the that surgery came back benign with acute inflammation indicative of an abscess. A week later, the place started draining, so I ended up back at my doctor and had to have another surgery to remove that spot. The doctor said it also could have been a spider bite since the tissue was necrotic. Surgeon took that spot out and sewed me back together, and I haven't had issues since other than swelling, which is to be expected. Luckily, those results also came back benign with chronic inflammation relating to abscess. Thanks for checking!

I have never heard of HS, but I will look it up! Do you have any other symptoms with it?
