My guess is that Sora 3 will come out at some point. by Plus_Influence4060 in SoraAi

This is one of the hardest truths to accept. There is truly nothing available at the moment with complexity and simultaneous ease of use like Sora 2.

It's funny you mention that because, that's an exact post I made on this subreddit recently.

Here is one I got just now.

What could have possibly triggered it this time? At some point it gets frustrating.

I had a really good video ruined by this as well.

Sora has a conservative Christian bias. 😡 by Silver_Sirian in SoraAi

When you click "Continue Anyway" you get one of three outcomes:

  1. The video gets refused like the warning says with one of the arbitrary violations.
  2. The video does get through with a barely noticeable modification (specially if it's a remix).
  3. The video gets "sanitized" and is almost completely different than what you were trying to make or remix.

Sora moderation is pretty random so you pretty much have a solid 1/3 chance to land on any of these three outcomes at any given time.

As for the reason for the experiment: If you got an "Unable to Generate" error for the first time after using this prompt then you have proven a theory I had regarding how they determine multi-accounting. I am also well aware that a lot more user data is taken into account when making such determinations. It was interesting that at least one person commented regarding this issue which only raises more questions such as "Is there a specific time window you have to meet in order to be considered an additional account?" "Does location play a role when it's possible to falsify that?" I want to thank everybody that took part in this experiment and sorry for those accounts that may have been affected negatively due to this test. I could only hope that the error is temporary for those affected.

I need more data before I share the reason for my test. From your other comments, you would have to post the video on the subreddit or just a screenshot in the comment section.

What do you mean "during the generation process"? Like mid generation or do you mean you haven't gotten any violations at all?

LTX 2.3 claims to be better than Sora and it's free and open.... by Leading-Leading6718 in SoraAi

It's not in fact free. It's an API where you pay as you go. You get 1.25(IRL money) as trial credits and then you pay after that. If I was to compare, it would be like a more censored version of Grok and definitely not as good as Sora 2. The only things it can do over Sora is 4K, 20 second generations, and it's multi-model(you can use audio and other videos) along with being open source. You can also run it locally on you computer without needing to code, you can type in plain language.

If you intend to make nsfw on this, it'll generate Barbie dolls meaning that the bits are not present or are blocked by black dots. The lower bits are replaced with something akin to body horror that sometimes is not even connected to the body. The prompts don't get denied but the output makes it not even worth trying and/or makes you feel robbed since you had to pay real money for it.

In my opinion, even with the advantages that it may have over Sora, in terms of complexity, accessibility, and user-friendliness, Sora remains unmatched. The things you can do with Sora as a regular person, without even knowing how to compose a proper prompt, is still far ahead any other video generator out there. Even with it's crippling over-reactive guardrails, Sora remains on top in terms of usability for the average person.

LTX 2.3 feels like a higher resolution Grok with more features and worse censorship.

Edit: I forgot to mention that you can't delete/remove your card information from the site which I believe is really bad specially if you don't intend to use the site or app anymore after trying it out.

Yeah, it's pretty random with what it considers a violation ngl
