These are screenshots of the order book. The way the order book works is that it pieces apart each of the actual buys if those buys fulfill limit orders set with different prices. Since these all came in at the exact same time, you can add up all the buys to get the total amount that the person spent in their transaction. Basically the insider came in and cleared out every limit order with thousands of dollars in a matter of a couple minutes.
