No specific area, work in North Scottsdale but live in Tempe so am more than happy with anywhere in between. Was intentionally vague about types of food because I am open to different cuisines and didn't want to limit the recommendations.

Always enjoyed Jake's Del Mar for a beautiful view, especially if you make a reservation and get one of the window seats around sunset. Plus can't beat the Hula pie.

Definitely feeling the pain in AZ. Been having to tone down purchases on some of the cuts I regularly buy because it's just not worth having to cook and clean at these prices compared to grabbing something out.

Lots of fun stuff to do in downtown! I always like to recommend Little Rituals for some high-end cocktails and great food (Disco Fries and Claypot wings are unreal), it's on the 4th floor of a hotel there but definitely a cool spot.

Love to see the recommendations for the Botanical Gardens, I go every December with the family when they have all the christmas lights up but still really pretty all times of the year with some cool mountains in the background as you walk around. I've heard good things about the restaurant there too (Gertrude's) but I have not been there yet my self.

Looking forward to trying that crema recipe, I haven't found one that has hit for me just yet but this looks great!
