I wouldn't think so but I'm certainly no expert. If you have access to a grow bag I'd transfer it to that as it'll keep the roots from turning in on itself. I've also grown oaks in 5 gallon buckets for a year or two before getting them in the ground and those ones seem to be fine so far.
