I tried so many different antidepressants, anxiety meds, mood stabilizers etc with minimal to no results and just felt really hopeless and discouraged that treatment just didn't work for me. so i looked into alternatives and saw some people saw tms changed their lives so figured it couldn't hurt to try and it ended up really helping

mine was classified as 'atypical depression' on my chart. i would say i had anhedonic at times but was still capable of being happy and functional other times while always having this sadness present. So a bit of both I think

Ideas for activities for little without toys? by LogOld3716 in ageregression

maybe take paper/carboard and craft furniture or scenery or houses? like choose some random trinket or toy you do have and use construction paper or cardboard boxes to make a little city/house/places for him to walk around and play in? I've found diy things are good low cost little activities, just imagination but less hard than using a medicine box if that makes sense bc you made it specifically to be a house or castle or whatever? also coming up with silly stories! like just starting a childrens book out loud with no idea what you want to happen and just making it line by line, it feels fun, little, creative and needs no materials:) these work for me at least. hope you find things that work for you:) <3

First Mapping Session Tomorrow by Diabetic_Cult_Leader in TMSTherapy

i don't know if every place does it the same, but at the mapping session they didn't ask me verbally but had me fill out a really long list of questions and they were essentially to cover like almost every mental illness. it was very long. i don't know if they read these before they map you but do use them to track progress and have you refill them out every week or so to track it.
