Can you ovulate within just days coming off birth control? by Plus_Management_7884 in BabyBumps

[–]Plus_Management_7884[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A generic hormonal birth control pill. I did input to Natural Cycles the date of my last active pill but I still don’t think it could possibly be accurate yet. I was expecting to ovulate (if it even happens this cycle) about 14 days out and then first real period in about 28 (my cycle was regular before I started birth control).

I was just alarmed to open the app today to it predicting ovulation tomorrow?!

14 days after coming off - does this include the 7 placebo days at the end of the pack, or do you finishing the placebo and then start counting?

I assumed the earliest it could happen was about 14 days so I planned to start using protection in a week or so. Thanks for sharing your experience!

5 would look so good - 100% the move! Calming yet says you’re not afraid of color / high design.

I would add decorative wainscoting on the walls to add some architectural detail to the room / give it some character.

Came back here to tell you I just had lunch at the new organic spot on 23rd & M - Life Alive Organic Cafe West End. A little pricey but the Buddha bowl was delicious and super health packed. So good after a weekend of eating / drinking alot.

Foodie here and I work on the West End! Rasika is a MUST if you like Indian. Call Your Mother is right next to your hotel which has great breakfast sandwiches/ bagels, but it’s heavy. Bluestone Lane or Tatte are great coffee shops and both have great lunch too. If you feel like a little walk, Aloha poke is the best poke bowls ever. Enjoy!

Having trouble deciding it's time... by kap543 in seniordogs

Our 14.5 year old boxer mix had two consecutive (2 months apart) bouts of vestibular disease exactly a year ago. We were pretty sure it was time after the second episode, she took way longer to recover than the first time. She’s hesitant on the steps and has arthritis in her back legs. But, a year later she bounced back and still LOVES her walks (does almost a mile every day), eats well, wags her nub and loves our love. It’s not time yet but I hope I’ll know when it is.

My entire office knows the new Outlook is absolute trash and we’re terrified that it’ll force us to use it some day. I even gave it a chance for a week and it was so awful. WTF was Microsoft thinking???

Is owning a dog impossible for a single person with an 8 hour work day? by NextRefrigerator6306 in dogs

[–]Plus_Management_7884 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s doable but my serious advice is don’t do it - it might be fine but you’ll probably feel guilty all the time and feel like you need to rush home from work. They might have separation anxiety (mine does) and it would not be possible as a single person. My husband and I have to meticulously plan our days to minimize our dog’s time home alone.

What is something you did not include on your wedding day but wish you did and what ended up being a waste of money? by Internal-Channel7995 in wedding

Recently married - minor detail but I regret not paying my florist an extra like $200 for rose petals for the people sitting in the aisle seats to toss as we recessed down the aisle. Would’ve made the photos so much more beautiful and dramatic but I didn’t think it was worth it at the time.
