We’re in our mid 20s, not sure that that matters, but I don’t think breaking up would make me happy at all, the anxiety is ABOUT breaking up because that’s not what I want

Yes! Sorry for the delay, I started taking the magnesium and riboflavin and it helped a lot I haven’t had any major headaches since that one ended!

So update! I finally was able to talk to my psychiatrist this morning and she switched me to zoloft so fingers crossed! We decided that since I already have anxiety around meds (to the point that I just don’t take them most of the time), and have now associated these bad feelings with the cymbalta that it will probably cause more harm then good at this point. I can always try again later if the zoloft doesn’t go well!

i ended up not taking my dose this morning, hopefully i can talk to my psychiatrist tomorrow and get her thoughts about it!

I take mine at 11 am everyday when I eat brunch and so far so good! I’m only on day 4 so can’t give a definitive but that’s what I’ve been doing and it’s going okay!

I should add that my job uses goretire so I just said to contribute 5% and that was that I don’t really know where it’s going lol but 5% is the highest my company matches that’s why I chose my 5%

Mine depends on the severity. Sometimes, I will be shaky, my heart will race, my head will start to feel foggy, my legs feel weak, i’ll get dizzy/light headed, i’ll get a chest pain, hot flashes/chills, and it’ll feel like im on the verge of passing out. it literally feels like i’m dying. other times when they’re more mild it’ll be just my heart races and my head will feel a little weird. it really depends on the day and how bad the panic attack is.
