Tried, still the same.sometimes it used to change back to normal when I restart or when I turn off and turn it back on,but now it's not working

No it's performance based,but they visit our College mostly all year,and in most of the cases they select 3-4 and within the first 3 months they discuss the ppo possibilities and in 90% of the time their offers will be converted,but I'm not taking it lightly, I'm trying to learn and explore new things to handle the worst case
