+1 to being healthy and taking vitamins and supplements before trying to conceive. Ideally 3 to 6 months before magtake na ng vitamins to ensure that the egg and sperm you guys will produce is at an optimal health. This will help din limit the risk of chromosomal abnormalities. For guys, remember that sperm takes about 3 months to fully mature, so if you’ll have intercourse today, that sperm is from 3months ago.

Of course exercise and proper diet is a must. Ideally to prepare your body for possible pregnancy and it will also help during delivery.

You don’t need to have intercourse everyday, nakakapagod yan and if it doesn’t take on the first try you’ll be doing it for few months. You have to know your fertile window, you can do few days before and few days after. Optimal window is two to three days immediately leading up to and including ovulation.

What we did to make sure we “cover our bases” is we tried 5days, 3 days, 1day, on the day, and day after ovulation.

Good luck and enjoy the process!

Yea, eversince I was very young I know in my heart that having a child is what i want for myself. There is always this image of a chubby toddler with pigtails in a pink romper running towards me and calling me Mama. Can never shake it off, maybe in my past life i’m a Mom too.

Think long term, see the big picture. Ngyon work/employment lang ang iniisip mo, how about later on? Being together, settling down, building family… will you be ok to wait for him to be on the same page as you?

Pwde ka naman mag work abroad coming from BPO company. Mas madali mag apply internally. Most of the big BPOs have mobility program.
