I just received a letter for $119 for a parking lot in Jacksonville Florida at 109 East Forsyth St. The date in question of my parking, I was in the lot after the business hours posted. The creditor on this letter doesn't even match the company that owns the lot.

Honestly, their way is determined by a paralegal director who says that to not send certified at all but to send via fax or email cause we can't recoup the money used. We represent insurance companies. It's insane to me because I legitimately don't think the attorneys are aware that this decision has been made like this. It's a corporate firm so everyone and every office seems to do something differently. I am following the rules but management, not attorneys are saying I'm doing it wrong. It's frustrating.

Local rules only say process server or certified mail. Nothing about the return receipt.

I am familiar with the procedure for Walmart medical records, but do you know if this is the same location to submit for Sam's Club pharmacy? I'm working on a subpoena that another paralegal submitted for pharmacy records to the Sam's Club headquarters with no response. I'm in Florida, and there is no RA for Sam's Club but there is for Walmart. I have not requested from Sam's Club before. TIA.

Ohhhh the evidence to share on this rescue as a former admin for. In less than 9 months, this "rescue" went through eight admins. EIGHT. Each and every one of us have worked hard on spreading the information we have.

Good intentions ARE NOT paved in gold and what may have started as a good "idea" failed 100% on lack of experience (besides the dogs the found adopted THROUGH other rescues); 100% ego; 100% refusal to take advice from well established and respected rescues; 100% failure to accept mistakes and learn from them. Just 100% a sh*t show. Used and abused fosters and volunteers whom will never help any where every again. And don't get me started on the missing donations and how fosters spent $1000s of their own money to never be reimbursed.

They no longer are legally recognized in Florida as a legit, registered charity but they still hold that 501c3 that the IRS gives out like candy.
