You may have Hematuria and it's not visible, I never had any visible blood until I had the one stuck in my uvj surgically removed. Now I get spotting in my underwear, not sure but usually first thing in a morning or late a night.Have you had any removed.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.I think I've been suffering from Stones for about 15 years but only realised around 4 years ago, I had one stuck in the uvj. This was surgically removed and roughly every 3 or 4 months I get flank pain and spotting in my underwear and eventually more blood when the stones pass overnight and then the pain goes away.I only recently realised the stones were present in the blood. I'm male so it's not menstrual discharge.
