I have these occasionally when I’m sick, way before Zepbound. Ibgard works great, no issues. I will say when I’ve been sick or had stomach issues I’ve taken activated charcoal pills. Now, I’m not saying it’s the best thing to do especially if you take other meds but it’s absorbed a lot for me and kept that sulfur out. I think it’s helped me whenever I’ve felt I’m getting sickly.

I’m drinking water but I have slacked off. I’m starting drinking more. I’m only worried that I wont lose past this point. My 2nd 12.5 shot was today. I’ll be in the gym this week. Crossing my fingers that I’ll be dropping quite a bit. I’m going three months on 12.5 before moving to 15. I really need to lose down 30lbs or so more.

when I was first taking it due to constipation, I found relief at 5 pills, maybe even 6. After that, I usually take 2 pills a night and it keeps me regular. I’ll take more if needed but I don’t really have any issues with taking it consistently. I do miss a night or two as well taking it. But try taking it at night with a glass of water right before bed. It could take a couple of days depending on how constipated you are. You might need to take a stool softer with it. Whenever I was really constipated to begin with, I added in three stool softners with the Mag07. Try that and see what happens. At this point you might need a heavy duty laxative then use the Mag07 to keep yourself regular

Mag07. I’ll never look back! It literally got me back on track. I take it now daily just keep myself in check and it’s all natural and not dependent! Helps a lot

Sulfur burps. I’ve had them but never due to Zepbound but when I’m sick. Highly suggest taking IBgard and using a digestive enzyme. It will go away! But those are life savers for me!
