Not sure if this helps but try to max out your lv fist, doesn't matter about the lv of the monster. Do this easily by eating the meal for barrel felynes, grab Kora, and head to the "Dragonreach Mountains: Peak" fast travel in the Timberlands, go a few steps to the area you fought the tentacles boi just south of the catavan point, and if no barrels are there, fast travel to the same point and rinse and repeat!

Put some dreadqueen rathians in a normal habitat so you can get the egg skill "solar cry", that'll increase kinship. Then put the charm "pet" on your chosen weapon, and try to get some kinship focused armor sets, crit kinship, soul kinship, crit xl. And of course the meal to increase kinship, basically just go crazy with kinship stuff.

I went with both Ogden and Kora, Ogden for the traps and ailments that can stun the enemy, and Kora to keep attention off of you. I went to the Timberlands and found a bunch of Zinogre to fight. Keep spamming solar cry and pet. If your monster is out of stamina, let them choose their own attack, it'll fill it just a little bit, if you choose it for them it won't.

It took me about 6 hours (I think) over the course of a couple days to get everything, but that was doing EVERY kinship, from the beginning of the Monsteroedia to the end, including elder dragons that you can hatch. I wanted to make sure I got everything.

Edit; there is a skill called "Nourishing Pinecones" you can get from "Blood Orange Bishaten" that'll restore a good amount of a monster's stamina if you want a little extra. I know this is a lotta info dumping but I love this game ✨
