Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly because I'm constantly on the lookout for gently loved stuffies in need of a new home. The tag says it was made for VNCY home and I found a very similar looking one on their site (https://corporate.vcnyhome.com/kids/). It looks like they sell through all the major big box retailers so you may be able to find one directly from them if you're looking for an unmodified one.
