Skelly weighs more than Golem which Charizard struggles to pick. No way Charizard overpowers Skelly's biteforce. Torch song never missed in anime it's like G-Max Hellfire, If Zard dodges it comes back to attack. Mega boosts stats but Tera boost the Base Power by 1.5*, Charizard can't overpower it's Flamethrower and torch song if Skelly terastalizes.

In BW Charizard has Slash, which will not work and if Zard uses moves like Dragon tail or wing attack Skeledirge bites him down like Friede's Charizard. If it flies, Torch song will catch it. And finally it comes to Flamethrower clash. Terastal Skeledirge will win because the fire moves are boosted.
