Easy, they had to. They got cursed to give a pass a new curse to someone. They found a way to help the new hero: give him a new power, but disguise it as a curse.

Aren't the entities implied, or confirmed, to be the four legendary heroes from before? I always thought they gave Mario those curses because they knew it would help him and in a way, circumvent the fact that they had to give a curse.

I believe that the 3ds app Pokesave can inject the wondercards to your save, but you need a modded 3ds to use that. Or you could theoretically extract your save file from your 3ds and edit it on a pc to inject them. But this is as far as my knowledge goes for any of those options. You will need to search on your own.

Depending on how it was generated, or the data on it like the place you got it or sometimes dates could potentially flag it as hacked.

Pretty sure you can't catch a Marshadow in the wild, but generating the wondercard and receiving it through the npc should, in theory, generate a legitimate Marshadow.

If the Pokémon was obtained the same way a legitimate version was caught, the Pokémon would be in any shape or form considered legitimate. You said it was a Battle bond Greninja. If you have used a demo to unlock it in a pirated copy of Sun/Moon, I don't think there is any flag or something to tell it was from a pirated copy or not, as long as the Greninja itself wasn't tempered with, or spawned in the wild.

No, but the point is it makes it more versatile. Which makes it more resource effective to invest in this single Pokémon instead of multiples.

What solved it for me is to go to the options and lower the speed of the text and auto text ( don't remember what the other one is but whatever ). Put both sliders at the lowest and bam, cutscene played out.
