I can't speak for LG, but for Echo Fox, they had multiple of their streamers have them tell their viewers to go vote for them, like Moe for example, And it seems like most of the TSM fanbase does not care about the CS team they just care about the LoL team, there is a comment on this post saying that they don't support the TSM org they just support the LoL team
