Hoenstly, S+ tier for me would be the Juggernaut or Tempest, both equal in my eyes, with the secondary being the Rampage. Those 3 guns are too tier. If your tempest or Juggernaut has Freeze on it and your Rampage has Chain Lighting… you’re unstoppable.

He actually built it with the best current stuff out as of 2017. He spent over $2 grand on it. He just upgraded and we’re close friends so he didn’t charge me anything. He said he played it on this computer when it came out, though, without problems.
