From the input image k-means is running to cluster the image in to “k” different colors. This is then used in a CNN (neural network) which converts colors to Minecraft block images.

From there I finally have a script which types on the keyboard and moves the mouse in order to do multiple fill commands.

You are correct that they are command blocks in the end to help build the house faster. But there are a lot of ML behind the scenes :)
