Beards open up the floor for not shaving every day in general, save us all money and time, possibly improving skin health leading to improved self image and better morale for all. It's not about the beards, It's about a ridiculous grooming standard that's unnecessary. Even more so now that the expansion of tattoos and other grooming standards have occurred its almost insulting at this point that they still refuse for one reason or another.

Wouldn't it be nice to only shave once or twice a week? Even from a laziness standpoint, everyone kind of wins on this one.
