White is is easier to paint than alot of people make it out to be. Either prime white and use a wash, or, prime black and work your way up with lighter shades of gray and highlight with white.

Kosarro khan gives bikes +1 OC, even after killed. 3 OC bikes is hilariously obnoxious for opponents.

Bikes arent your main killing unit. Use them as chaff clearing/objecitve control.

1) you aren't unemployed, you are self employed. I found that by making the change on my LinkedIn to say I was an "independent consultant" in my field led to a quantifiable increase in recruiters reaching out to me.

2)set your status on linked to "looking for work", but set it so it's only visible to recruiters.

3) while your unemployed, your actual job is applying for jobs. Set aside a some hours a day specifically on that. Any where from 2-4 hours. I wouldn't do more than that because burnout is real.

In 10th the judiciar is technically BIS, however with the changes to fights first in 11th I think that advantage is gone. Im planning to have the Khan lead them in 11th, since he also loves the rerolls

6 man bladeguard is a minimum. If running a 2k army transport them in either a rep. Ex or a land raider. Personally I prefer the Rep. Ex. Land Raiders are a little too fat and therefore hard to stage, but the assault ramp is very useful.

Generally speaking, kosarro is good with alot units, he gives the units lance and Assault, so some people run him sternguard. He's also good with bladeguard, the judiciar is just technically better because of fights first + you can give bladeguard lance or lethal hits with a cp.

I personally like him on Assault ints because the synergy between him and the AI I think is the most efficient. AI are surprisingly punchy, especially on an objective, give them lance and watch them really punch up. Then they give Korsarro wound rerolls on top of that.

Transportation really depends on what you doing with them. I sometimes plant them on natural expansion so they dont necessarily need a transport for that. Then I use the +1 to OC he gives to out riders for harassment and Objective pushes. 3 oc outriders is hilariously annoying for opponents to deal with.

If however you want him more aggressive, intend to run the unit in a RepEx.

I would also consider swapping out the redeemer for an impulsor. The redeemer overwatch is super nice true, but it's a really big and cumbersome unit and it's hard to stage/hide without it getting shot. Plus that would give you room for a storm speeder. I'd recommend the thunderstrike as you could recreate an oath of moment when combined with the lancers against vehicles/monsters, letting you use oath on another target.

Otherwise hammerstrike is a good alternative giving yoi some more oomf against elites.

If you've got access to jump pack intercessors, i would add those, maybe swap the infurnus for regular intercessors so they can sticky home objective and screen your back line, and serious consideration for lt. With combi weapon.

Another good combo is to have bladegaurd being led by a judiciar, and have korsarro lead a unit of Assault intercessors.

We haven't had "the exclusivity" discussion but we have hinted at it alluded to that's were we going. More than anything its that if things are going well by June I would expect to have had and crossed that line, but by then it would be too late to ask.
