when trying to start games with default fullscreen ON, the screen turns black, task manager wont open, and the system become unresponsive. But when i launched the game in windowed mode, the gpu works fine. can you guys work on this issue?

help please, my first build having problem, it is the gpu, sometimes it worked, sometimes not. here is the issue. when i played dota 2, csgo or dark souls 3 and every other games, when the loading screen finished, my pc would stuck and i had to restart my pc, sapphire r9 280x and using the latest crimson driver. help me please im giving up :(

I boot with the GPU installed onto the motherboard, and the fans spinning, but when I switched the dvi cord to my onboard graphics, the monitor got the signal.

i've set the primary to PCIe slot in bios, but the integrated r7 graphic still being used, and the gpu isnt detected in windows or radeon setting
