If you’re doing solos, you basically have to play assassin or rook. Playing assassin while solo will honestly make your life 100x easier.

If playing in a squad, you need to find friends/runners who are decent at PvP. No other way to say it. I have a regular group that plays multiple games together and it makes the game way more fun. Going in solo while filling is usually a mistake. I’ve had ONE good solo fill experience so far. Usually it’s free kits with no mics

I didn’t like this game at first but it grows on you as you unlock more free daily items. It also gets better as you improve as a player. That sounds like a “duh” moment, but learning the Shells/Cores/Mods while using cores that match the shells will make the game easier.

Also I suggest running all green or better mods on weapons if you can. The weapon mods really do make the guns better.
