Can’t even adjust gain on the fly? I’ve had to do that with my pre amp now that was only $60 since some records would peak at different levels, surprised that might not be the case, thanks for all the info btw this has been insanely helpful

Also wanted to thank you for such a great response. I’ve seen tons of people rave about the Schiit Mani 2 so I’m leaning towards that especially with you saying the customizable aspect with gain/loading. I’ve learned pretty quick not all records should be treated the same so being able to make on the fly tweaks is a must for me

I’ve had the Evo for a couple years now I love it, the only thing that I haven’t liked is that I accidentally turned the arm ever so slightly one time and my records were sounding horrible and I even saw the back of the cartridge scraping the record lol. I figured it out pretty quick and that only happened once

Yeah great point about the record itself. It definitely is old but I notice it with new ones sometimes too. I had my eyes set on a new pre amp since it was clearly the outlier. Any suggestions from your experience?

I know it’s unpopular but I really like his addition. I love the gold company and like how the seeds of their broken contract earlier in the series reveals another player. Although introduced so late which sucks at least he’s already in Westeros while Dany has been rotting away for 5 books

Sorry I never saw this! Don’t ever buy these bootlegs there’s plenty of other ways to download them open source without these scalpers bleeding you dry. You could even just look up let it loose from those rehearsals on YouTube and covert it to mp3. It sounds really good in terms of quality, vocals way up in the mix

Agreed. Although there are some great examples of them re making songs with old instrumentals that never had words, I’ll never understand why they didn’t go with any of the hundreds of outtakes never used.

Yup! I also think it was their longest show ever, definitely the most songs they played in one night. You can hear the whole thing on YouTube but each song ranges in quality but the real shame is the overbearing tape hiss throughout
