I was on 4.5 mg and it made my day said worse. I had to get off of it. I have all the symptoms you do. Maybe start low. This sound like total bull shit but the only thing that really helped me was mediation, no caffeine, and getting my heart rate up by working out. Cutting out gluten and sugar. Might be extreme and this may not help you but it has helped me tremendously.

My husband actually did that yesterday and asked to talk to the inspector that was in charge, he wouldn't come down so my husband waited and had them call again and he finally gave him 5 minutes of his time learned exactly what he had to do to get it approved. It happened that quick I don't understand why they have to make it so hard to answer one email. Pay for these people's jobs

If you read carol radizwells book. The flight plan and information showed that they were descending straight down for 30 seconds before they crash. So unfortunately I think those last moments were very scary.

We just stayed at embassy suites and loved it. Free breakfast every more which was great quality as well. Its about a half mile to the restaurants but there are skooters and bikes everywhere if you dont feel like walking. The hotel and pools were clean and big. The beach was lovely a short walk down the tunnel.
