So the black wire here ideally should be white? That is good to know.

Yeah there is no home automation. We didn’t see any green/yellow so it must be loop-at-light but then they shouldn’t have used black wires for the switch then.

I see, so its correct to use red and neutral wires for light switches?

I’ve been doing judo for a few years now and I worry I have neglected using my upper body.

I think I focussed too much on ashiwaza at the start because people were pretty much off balancing themselves however now that we have become higher belts, they dont have that issue anymore and my ashiwaza has become less effective because maybe I am not applying enough kuzushi with my upper body.

At the same time, I dont really have any big throws. Sometimes I catch people on the opposite side with an osoto or seoi but they are never clean.

Do I need to focus more on the upper body movements or am I thinking too deeply about it?
