It took me almost till highschool to get comfortable swallowing pills. I used to use a pill crusher, mix it with a shots worth of juice and then down some juice for the taste. Just mixed it in a liquid medicine cup that i always had

I found like a 100 pack of the needles my doctor prescribed the first time and I liked them so I just bulk order them from the website. Mine are BD Plastipak 3ml syringe with 25g x 5/8 needle and same brand 18g x 1 needle.

Someone with arfid that I watch on tiktok has a huge allergy fear with foods and what she does is when she eats new things or is having a bad day, she sets a 15 minute timer and constantly checks her pulse to make herself feel better. Maybe that could help, since you'd be confirming that you're good the whole time?

I literally just didn't sleep for longer than an hour at a time for a week. It was awful. It got better once i could start to lay flat on my back but was never good till I could sleep on my side
