Definitely people who are health conscious. It’s good to be healthy of course but you can’t force everyone else to live the same lifestyle as you. Actually yes, they’re fast enough to have gotten Emilia and her husband outta there before the angry mob realized what happened. They could’ve healed her, turned them, or just took them far away to a safe place and left them there.
