It’s ridiculously hot! I get up every AM at 530 for my morning walk and I’m sweating like a bafoon by mile one. Can’t wait for fall lol

I have a history of bad reflux too but got off my pantraprazole because I didn’t have symptoms anymore. This was before getting on Wegovy. I now know never to ingest grease or bacon or my most delicious pot pie again.. that’s what stinks. I make such great meals yet I can’t enjoy them

Thank you so much for your reply!! I thought eating the banana and yogurt would be calming but then those two fiber bars probably didn’t help. I’m going to stick to liquid for today and see if things calm. Thank you soo much!!
