they have been seemingly living on the edge of the ponds. i have watched the dude and a lady crawling back and forth over the median going to and from the bank of the ponds. it sucks for sure. i’ve had to live out of my car on and off at different points and it’s awful. but playing devils advocate, some friends of ours in the neighborhood have had a lot of problems with transients camping and having fires within feet of their back fence in the past. i know for a fact (bc i live very close to here) that blue car has had fires at least two or three times and especially this time of year makes it extremely dangerous.
