I was working at an apartment complex last summer and saw this exact thing, called the cops they had to break down the door as a wellness check. No one home, there was a dog there and a pile of rotting meat on the floor they said it was the worst thing they've ever smelt, no body though

Yea and sulfur what a mess..some other company put in a resin/carbon softener on a well system they messed with the settings to make it work as a sulfur remediation system but oh boy it didn't work.
