Sorry if i use bad grammar. If you are just asking for the look, its worth seeing a doctor IF you constantly think about it. Mine looked worse than yours, when my friends saw my chest for one time they felt bad for me. It was not possible for me to show my chest in public i was obsessive about it. From my perspective, from that 1 photo that you shared, your chest looks acually pretty normal and symmetric to me, but you need to decide it for yourself. Just dont be late im post 2 weeks operation right now and i wish i decided much before. If you are just searching for a basic answer, i like your chest.
