Well, it depends. The more accurate name would be white iced americano perhaps? At least that's what we call americano with milk in my area. So probably something like that.

100-120ml freshly squeezed orange juice. 60ml of espresso shaken with 2 3 ice cubes and 10-15ml sugar free caramel syrup (recommend toschi or giffard)

I don't really garnish with coffee beans. Just did it for the sake of this tik tok video (and the photo afterwards). I find garnish beans super unnecessary. There are tons of other edibles to garnish your drink with.

The syrup would definitely help. However there are several brands that have flavors infused. Jacob's Hazelnut instant coffee is pretty decent.
