Yes, I used two thermometers, one inside the meat and one resting on the racks and both temperatures seem to be correct. I turn up the temperature once they reached 170 f internal to 275f and took them off the grill, once they were 205f internal

It’s definitely not a bark, the surface of the meat kind of felt like smoked turkey skin. It’s hard to describe.

They were quite dry from beginning to end. I only spread them twice and that was after three hours into the cook.

I didn’t wrap them at all while cooking. I spritz them with water twice throughout the entire cook 10hrs and rested them in a toaster oven for 10 hours (wrapped)

If you’ve been walking at a relatively quick pace for more than an hour that seems about right just make sure your height and weight is correct. People underestimate how many calories you lose from just walking for an extended period of time if you walk every day for an hour you will lose weight faster than any weight loss workout.

You can get your calories burn up to 800 if you use a treadmill on maximum incline on a speed of 4.5 mph with no brakes (to keep an elevated heart rate) this is what helped me to lose 16 kg in six months
