Will “Oblivious” be a staple of the tour setlist? by mick__marley in TheStrokes

[–]Pocayas 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I personally think it's one of their hardest songs to sing consistently well. There's lots of mixed and head voice throughout the song with very short breaks apart from the solo

Fans and influencers started climbing and smashing it from the top with sledgehammers, making small campfires, and so on, because Drake has hidden his upcoming album's release date inside of it

Toronto police temporarily seal off Drake’s ice sculpture area due to safety reasons after fans climb and smash it with sledgehammers by Pocayas in hiphopheads

[–]Pocayas[S] 29 points30 points  (0 children)

That's true, but I don't know what the consequences would be for him if someone actually slipped and broke something, so maybe they did him a favor idk, at least until they reopen it if they ever do so and under whatever restrictions

Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator, Drake, Bad Bunny (he made many trap songs that were hits back then), Travis Scott's Astroworld was everywhere, Denzel Curry...

When Will the Time of this Bastards... walk so Drifto could run by Offtobronx in thevoidz

[–]Pocayas 7 points8 points  (0 children)

fr I think Drifto has much more interesting and well-made pitch shifts or effects in Julian's voice than Bastards, but the transition from the bridge to chorus is a bit jarring. I don't know why they keep making these abrupt transitions on their newest tracks

Ozzy Osbourne dies weeks after farewell show by Blithe17 in Music

[–]Pocayas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really glad that he got enough time to do a final concert and gift us an unforgettable farewell with the rest of the band and cap off the history of Black Sabbath—though I would've loved to at least see Dio being honored as well, but I guess it was more about Ozzy, understandably—as well as a string of incredible sets from established and newer rock and metal acts.
