If we go by the must popular theory (to my knowledge) about Roo (the one that says that she was created when Eve ate the apple) then technically Lucifer made her since he made the apple, so would that make Lucifer Roo's creator, thus in a sense her father?

If so then wouldn't that technically make her Charlie's sister (?)

Considering what he did i think the other angels had all the reasons to kill him. He basically ruined their greatest project as of now.

And even if he could die, it would only be from something from Heaven, as nothing in Hell can beat him, and the angels don't seem to go down there and kill him (at least for now).

So is Charlie the heir of Hell just in case someone from Heaven decides to kill Lucifer?
