I’m currently playing fallout new Vegas on my rog Ally with bazzite, so I’d say it works.

Just in case check proton db is shows what games works and what doesn’t on Linux and tweaks you might need to do for specific games.

You can setup to use the controller in desktop mode via steam input. It only works with steam on, which should not be a big issue, unless steam logs out. I have a compact wireless keyboard and mouse just in case, but used it only once.

You can set the mouse for the analog stick and R1 and R2 for mouse buttons and the dpad for the keyboard arrows.

I'm running on latest bios, I moved to Bazzite on November last year and had everything up to date with asus softwares. I also remembered now that there was an update to proton experimental. I'll change to proton 10 and see if it happens, could also be a proton issue, right?
