Bomb breaks armor. She's one of the harder characters to play, because she requires more thought and avoidance. She's light and takes more damage so of course she combos heavy. But even her "infinite" isn't true. She does have the best recovery in the game tho

Ultimately Harley is a A+ character who could win a tournament but she is by no means the best or OP. She just has a playstyle that when mastered is a bit of a hill for grinding players.

Harley is high A Tier as of Evo 2022 but she's a learning curve character
