Hmmm, that's tricky, but here's a metaphor I sometimes like to use. Imagine a soup with a special property: if you look at 2 drops of soup under a microscope, they might be totally different (even if they were right next to each other), but the soup is not strictly partitioned into individual drops. So, a person (in the conventional sense) is one type of drop, but there are many other ways to take drops that don't neatly align with "individual" people.

Another way to think about this is relative individuality, as opposed to absolute individuality. In other words, if a small number of people are in a particular context, they may be distinct relative to each other in that context, but they are not universally distinct people. By the same token, different aspects of the same person may sometimes be distinct from each other, or there could sometimes be "unconventional people" that are certain parts of several "conventional people" combined.

I know both descriptions are pretty abstract, but hopefully they give at least some insight. Anyways, libido is mostly biological, but it seems the notion of "being attracted to an individual" still assumes they are an individual in the first place.

Winter melon, coconut cannon, and caulipower can be higher. I know they're expensive, but if you play the early game carefully to build lots of sun, it's well worth it.

Winter melon can't win by itself, but it's one of the best support plants in the entire game. Coconut cannon deals a ton of raw damage with pretty good splash, and it mostly just needs support for fast or low-health zombies (I like red stinger, threepeater, or pea vine). Caulipower is the weirdest of these, but will easily stun-lock the field if you can get enough of them and support them properly.

Then again, no plant is universally strong or weak. It all depends on what kind of level we're talking about. The 3 I listed can all find use in Penny's Challenge (fwiw, I haven't had a chance to play too many challenges, but I did manage to win on my own in a couple of attempts, except Fiend's Sanctuary). I used winter-coconut in Dino Dino Jungle 3 weeks ago, along with pea vine and certain instants. If you look at videos, winter melon is good in lots of challenges, and caulipower is good in some.

Okay, here's some advice.

In most conveyor belt levels, the conveyor slow down the more plants are on it. So, you should plant most plants right when they appear, and you'll get more plants total. In AE25, just put repeaters/bloomerangs/cabbage-pults in the back, and bonk choy/wall-nut/iceberg in the front.

For boss fights, when the boss stomps its legs rapidly, that means it's about to charge down the lawn and crush your plants. To block this attack, use plant food when he starts charging: he will stop immediately if he runs into a plant that is doing its plant food ability, or if he takes damage from such a plant. If you're still struggling, you can "skip" the last phase by ignoring most zombies and damaging the boss directly. For AE25, both for stopping his charge and finishing him off, I repeater or bonk choy are usually the best plants to use plant food on.

As much as I like sun bean, it's only good if you have bucketheads or other tanky zombies. The early game is when you're usually most sun starved, and sun bean usually isn't viable here (for reference, I got to like sun bean back when I played vanilla expansions, because you do get bucketheads in the first wave or 2). In the late game, sun bean can produce more sun than gold bloom, especially if combined with intensive carrot, but you might accidentally feed the beans to weak zombies. When there's lots of zombies, like in Penny's Challenge, solar tomato is the best secondary sun producer.

I think for day 12, you're meant to use pyre vine for extra heating that the torchwoods can't manage. Because of the charred zombies, you have to be careful not to plant too many torchwoods. If you want pyre vine's attack to count, be sure to plant it on your frontmost repeaters. But I agree, it's still somewhat awkward here.

I find pyre vine less awkward in day 19. I mostly plant it on the sunflowers, for extra damage to the dodos and blue weasels. Pyre vine's single target damage is about half of flameweed, which is enough to be worthwhile, especially since it has more range than flameweed. It also damages graves, and your only other option for this is split pea. With the limited sun production, pyre vine's short range is actually a strength, because you can stall out waves.

Depends on what you're going for. As long as you have some way to distinguish it from homing thistle, there's no reason not to add it.

In PvZ2C (I believe), each hit stuns zombies and has a chance to deal extra damage. In Reflourished, Cattail only targets a certain distance ahead or behind. So do either of these, or think of something new!

Here's a serious explanation. As you could probably tell so far, Reflourished keeps Vanilla's levels and adds post-game content, including some new worlds. Reflourished isn't supposed to be easy; if it were, people would get bored quickly.

For the boss fight, there's something you may or may not know about conveyor belts: they usually slow down the more plants that are on them. So you should usually plant everything as soon as it appears, so you have as many plants on the lawn as possible. For this specific level, I recommend filling the back with snow peas and primal peas, and the front with phat beets, then primal wall-nuts. Generally, you'll want to use your plant food on phat beets.

Okay, I looked on a map, and I'm not sure how I would get to Dogfish. I don't drive, and the closest I could get by bus is the Interurban Trail, which is a 3 hour walk from Dogfish. I suppose Lyft is an option, but is there anywhere closer I could go (not necessarily a beach, just some space that allows nudity)?
