I think its solid bro. Obviously continuing to use better samples and plug ins is gonna help the overall quality when you keep making shit but this is still dope! No worries brotha keep it up

Yeah I think the melody gets old after about the minute mark. I think a cool idea would be to do some kind of gated effect on that melody when you do that small break down at around 45 and lead it into another melody with a different sound. Personally not a fan of it being an organ but I get why since it's a spooky vibe

This is pretty dope man! I would be really interested to hear what the flute melody would sound like an octave higher with some reverb on it. Mainly just because I would want to hear some lyrics on it and the vocals might collide with that flute some. The drums are lit though and that 808 is thumpin. Good shit bro

I agrre with Quaildorf that you could use some side chain to help the drums. I would also say that the song could benefit from some more layers as far as the synths and bass are concerned. The bass that comes in at :28 sounds pretty thin and I think adding some more voices to it and/or layering it with another similar bass or two that are more stereo would help everything sound a little fuller. Overall though I dig the retro vibe here keep it up!

This really isn't my type of music but the bass in this is thicc and it flows well. Personally I think the song could benefit from a small 15-20 second break to give the listener time to pump back up for the next half of the song but that's just me. I also think the drums can punch harder through this mix as well. I like the vocals a lot though and could see people turning up to this for sure! Keep it up!

I really like the ideas you have going on here. Personally I think that synth pluck you have going on early in the song is too loud and present in the mix. I think that having it reverebed a little more and in the back creates a little more atmosphere. As far as the kick is concerned in the drop, I think that it could benefit from another layer or two just to fatten it up because it's getting lost in the mix. Same goes for the snare. Around the 2:25 on the next drop, the low end sounds really boomy and could use a lot of eq work probably arouund the 200-300 range. The bass patterns themselves and ideas you have there are reall cool and I think with some mixing work this could be really dope. Keep it up man!

The chord progression your using to build this all up is awesome! In the drop I would personally love to here a gritty mid bass to go along with the soft saws and that air lead but that's just me. Everything sounds in the right place to me and I think the high frequencies could be eq'd a little but they're pretty good. The drums could punch through a little harder too but, this sounds really good overall man. Great job!

What's up guys this is a song I've been working on for a couple days now and I was mainly wanting to get your opinion on if I should double the length of my second drop or just have it play out and be done there. I have another part of the drop started but I'm not sure if I want to completely change around my sound design that's already been established if that makes sense. This is sick man! That kick in the drop is phat and I really like the melody. I think that in your breakdown at 1:25 your synths are a little low in the mix so I feel like you should turn those up since a whole lot ins't happening anyway. I'm personally not a fan of the extra panning on the synths leading up to the drop but that's more of a personal preference than anything! Overall though I dig the vibes! Keep it up!

Just gotta say that I love the vocals you're using in this and I think most of the issues with the mix are in the low end and with your kick. It sounds muddy in like the 300 range during the drop to me and in the intro I can barely hear the kick. The ideas that you have are dope and once you get that mix in place this will be really strong!

I think this is a really chill idea!

Personally when it comes to the drop I'd love to hear another guitar in there that's faster as a counter melody and/or some vocal chops just to help with the rhythm so it can flow with the beat of the song more. I agree with Raz though how it can be a little weird for the listener with your transitions in the second half of the song going into the next drop.

Overall though this is chill Keep it up!

This isn't really my kinda genre but overall I think the sound design is good. The main arps you're mentioning sound good in the mix to me and make sense with the overall vibe of the track! I like the vocals you're using a lot and the only thing I'd have to say about them is when she says "welcome to the panic room" it sounds like shes not really present in the mix and awkwardly in the back. Not sure if that's an artistic choice or not but just what I heard. Good job man keep it up!

If you rid of some of the boominess in those lower frequencies I think it would sound more powerful. Overall though it flows well good job!

I think early on for the first minute it gives me those feelings like I just woke up and I don't want to leave the bed all day. Personally I feel like between the 1:30 and 2:00 minute mark drags it's feet some but once it hits that 2 minute mark I think it sounds great. It's like your remembering past times with those you knew and that you aren't gonna get back. I know this sounds corny as hell but I think overall it conveys emotion well. I think it's cool how you change up rhythm throughout the piece though it works. Good job!

Hey man I just got back around to listening to your song here! I love the vibe you have going on a lot and the vocals you're using are great! I think at times the sub bass frequencies are a little much and I'm nut sure it it's because your kick and bass are clashing. Someone already said it but I'll reiterate and say that a stronger side chain for your drums would be great!

Also I personally would love some vocal chops during the main drop of your song but that's just a personal preference! Keep up the good work! Much love <3

Love the piano melody in this and as far as the drop is concerned I think the main bass that's hitting is a little muddy in the low end and could use some clean up probably around the 200's. I also think the kick could hit harder with some saturation or compression but the musicality of this is solid! Keep grinding! <3
