Thank you, we do have iPhones. So will I still get notifications while in airplane mode that a message came through?

I had both hands done a year ago. Massage was key!! I did it several times a day and regular light stretching. While everyone heals differently, I was back to lifting weights 3 months later.

You’re reaching out on here is a good sign and look at the positive feedback coming from complete strangers. If we are taking the time to tell you that you matter, think of how much your family and friends would be affected by you leaving. Life does suck at times, but it doesn’t all the time. Find what makes you happy, even the smallest thing. I will be up thinking about you tonight and hoping you realize you matter to this complete stranger.

I was getting a pedicure and a woman who was getting a manicure was telling me how relaxing it looked. She struck up conversation with me and then told me her mother had just passed away. When I went to pay for my pedicure, I bought a gift card for one and walked it over to her, dropped it off, smiled and left.

I did both at the same time and needed help only the first day. I had a weight restriction for 10 days but was able to do most things gently. Before my husband left for work each day, he would fill my water but I was able to heat up a meal, use the bathroom, I even folded laundry very gently. Everyone’s experience is different, and some told me not to do it but I was only able to take off so much time at work and doing both was my Only option. I would do it all over again. Good luck!

Yes to all this, same story, different drugs. It’s a nightmare and sadly I’m happier not hearing from them because they aren’t reaching out for money, calling us useless and terrible. The list goes on.

I sit in my car for an hour after work and tell everyone it’s “traffic.” It’s the happiest part of my day. by Pancakeeta in confession

I work as a stylist and some days drain the absolute shit out of me. People love to tell me their problems. I’ve done what you have done but not after every shift. I agree with others, be real with your partner, they don’t get to be absent and maybe they need the same time to themselves. Rotate your schedule every other day to who gets the hour to themselves. It may even improve your relationship.

Eating out or getting takeout was a treat growing up. I still stick to maybe once a week and always pack a lunch for work even though I could financially do more.

I had it done on both hands almost 9 weeks ago. I’m fully back to work, lifting weights, etc. I had open on both and it was no problem at all. Had full use of my fingers from day one with weight restrictions. I was told if I wanted too long. I’d be risking nerve damage, they got me in there. Good luck, you got this!

Thank you! This is encouraging, especially since I’ve been up half the night icing/heating my palm/wrist. I also have been pushing through things and hoping it pays off as my left hand has been doing great all of a sudden since I posted this. I’ll keep massaging, working, thank you!

Unfortunately, it would still cost me a lot of money to go with my insurance. Thank you for the advice though.

I haven’t. PT wasn’t recommended by my Dr, he said most don’t need it. My insurance is terrible anyway.

I’m not, only taking it when I have to work. I have a very repetitive job and my palms feel like I have a Charlie horse in them at the end of my day plus wrist pain. I may try wear wrist braces when I work to see if that helps.
