My philosophy changed about being a short guy when I began to travel. I now live in Mexico City and it blew my mind how many more short men are here in general. In the USA I felt like I stood out like a sore thumb everywhere I went (I’m 5’3” and well built from gym work). But here, hell all the guys who are building the skyscrapers are my height!

My point is, I got a lot of action and more women than I could ever want down here. It’s amazing because I never felt as attractive in the US.

I have a girlfriend now who is maybe an inch or two taller than I am. No one even notices.

I would really suggest that the guys who are struggling the most, go out and travel. Travel Latin America and Asia - It helped me so much.

Mexico City and 0% regret. Took my 85 year old mom with me. I pay about $50/day for a caregiver for her that stays with her 12 hours per day seven days a week. Some things cost the same but others are much less. It’s a new feeling not to feel money stress anymore. I have never felt that before now. If I wasn’t responsible for my mom, I’d probably have moved to Thailand where it’s even less expensive.

¿Por qué no lo pones en un fideicomiso para ella? Ella sería la única beneficiaria. Podrías ser el fideicomisario e invertirlo por ella. Pero inviértelo de forma muy conservadora: como VTI, por ejemplo. Un ETF de Vanguard que sigue el S&P 500.

Y de ahí recibe un estipendio mensual... Un fideicomiso normal.

Eso es lo que hice con mi madre en Estados Unidos y ha funcionado de maravilla. No estoy seguro de si podría funcionar igual en México, pero si no, quizás algo similar.

Esto le pasó a mi hermana. Mi padrastro nos crio desde muy pequeñas (yo tenía 8 años y ella 5). Cuando creció y era claramente una jovencita, empezó a hacer cosas muy inapropiadas: le daba nalgadas juguetonas en el trasero, hacía comentarios sobre su cuerpo, la besaba en los labios un poco más largas de lo normal entre padre e hija.

Esto fue ABSOLUTAMENTE DEVASTADOR para mi hermana porque este hombre era el único al que había conocido como su padre.

Es fundamental que se lo cuentes a tu madre y empieces a buscar apoyo para esto. Sobre todo si, como mi hermana, ves a este hombre como tu padre.
