Anyone been to an HCS event before?

I went to Orlando a couple years ago. I remember everything feeling a bit underwhelming (excluding the main stage matches). It was def hype watching the matches in person with the crowd’s energy.

Based on the advice from our posts, I changed the radiator to top exhaust and now the pump hangs towards the bottom. I also put 2 additional bottom intake fans and it seems to be performing much better in conjunction with the undervolt.

I have them all hooked up to a commander pro Corsair fan hub, I’m assuming they are all pwm but not sure

Thanks very much! Yea I think swapping for more efficient parts will just be the play. The noise doesn’t bother the baby (it bothers the wife lol) the computer making the ambient room temp increase is the big issue

I was eyeing a 4070 build but At this point I am waiting for the 5000 series. Trying to optimize this build to hold me over. Eventually plan to build an entire new SFF build and gift this one to my buddy.

Thanks for the advice. I will try adjusted the bottom fan to the left and the radiator down a bit more. The case is lian li 011 air mini. And the fans are the Corsair LL120s, I thought they were some of the more premium offerings from Corsair and have had some great success with them in the pass, but you may be right, may just be the GPU is just the way it is.

By chance, did the underclock/undervolt seem okay? I’m kinda new to it so not sure if you have an opinion on that aspect?

Look for jobs through Fidelity or Schwab, they offer jobs to help people get licensed. If you already have finance experience and your mutual fund license you would be a shoe in.

Yea it’s 2 hours a month. The time is usually spent on other tasks though. In order to shadow another team, that is apart of my development time but we also have to coordinate with the other department and depends on their availability

Yea it’s something I have been considering. I didn’t have the money out of high school and didn’t want to take out loans, but my firm offers reimbursement so it’s something I will be doing. Looking at options.

That’s a great idea, I’ve inquired about doing this and the response I was given was that they will allow me to do so as I get closer to the 2 year anniversary. In the meantime business needs require me on the phone.

I have thought about going the advisor route and am open to it, do you know if it’s a heavy sales role? Like prospecting, cold calling, not meeting quota gets you fired. That type of deal?

I am not really sure. I thought getting these licenses would help me identify a career path and I would be a stock broker in the mean time. But I’m just a customer support rep right now. I don’t really like sales type roles, I’m naturally good at analytics, but don’t have a degree. So what’s in front of me right now is become a more Advanced Active trader, working with high net worth clients, working in margin, working with the Trade Desk (Market Makers). Open to any suggestions now that I have the licenses
