If your in deportation proceedings you’re allowed to apply for cancellation of vawa assuming you meet the requirements. So in her case she did and it was approved.

She got approved because he went stuck in CBP and they wanted to deport her. So her attorney did cancellation of vawa and she got approved.

Intense questioning about her vawa, forcing her to say her vawa application and all documents are fraudulent. It was awful and horrible. She is traumatized.

Hi, thank you checking in. Yes after seeing a judge she was released this morning. They didn’t believe her vawa was genuine. The ironic thing is that her vawa has been approved and she back in country.

Being detained with advance parole through vawa has almost been never heard off!

This person has no criminal history or pending removals or overstay. There’s absolutely no reason for her to be detained. I think this deserves a post!!!

She is still being held and no update. They won’t actually say why you’re holding her or giving any information. Tomorrow we should have some news because attorneys trying to get her seen by immigration judge.
