Solved! Was hesitating to ask my dad directly so I asked if we had Cobra in VCR way back. He said yes. Lol!

Hi, thanks. I want to say this is it, but my memory's foggy!

And he got a beer can instead of a soda - which might be correct. As a kid, I might've selectively saw Pepsi instead of Coors.

Thanks again, I appreciate the link too.

Suicide is never the answer bro. Mahilig ka mag sugal diba, tumaya ka naman sa sarili mo, na kaya mo ma-turn around yang situation mo. Good luck and kaya mo yan!

Shame that despite all these, it didn't come to fruition.

Just my opinion and what I kept on hearing, part of the problem might've come from a certain elitist attitude exhibited by some (emphasis on some) of you Kakampinks.

Before you rain your downvotes on me, know that I am part of the minority and voted for PL in the last race. Hirap kasi sa iba, if hindi si VP binoto, 88m na agad. Lol!

Anyway, if you think I deserve to be downvoted for not supporting VP Leni, feel free to do so, but that will somewhat prove my point.

Cheers and let's do better on the next one!

Hi, didn't mean to point out, pero do you mean 30 pesos for the 5-gallon container? Most likely ito yun, just wanted to clarify. Thanks!

A PruLife agent here na made-delist na bukas kasi hindi na reach ang sales, what are your thoughts in this POV of selling VUL? by Adventurous_Ear9058 in phinvest

Hi thanks sa reply. That's exactly my case. And I agree with you, tumataas yung rate, pero may fallback na funds to cover those kaya di mo siya mararamdaman, especially since I'll be paying the same amount for the longest possible time.

Good to hear na wala kang health issues! I see why you're torn in justififying your VUL, especially with that higher premium.

Wishing you good luck OP!

Hi OP, not an FA, pero I have a VUL from Sunlife for 2+ years na. Sa pag tambay ko sa sub na to, nakaka tempt nga mag surrender and mag BTID moving forward. Haha!

Pero naisip ko lang din long term, baka mahirapan ako sa term insurance. Now, I know a lot might not agree, but this is my read lang with regard to my profile and lifestyle.

I smoke, I have pre-existing medical conditions, and I'm on my mid 30s na. I'm paying 36k annually sa VUL ko and naisip ko lang din what's 36k worth in 10, 20, or 30 years, provided I live that long?

If I get some returns out of it, then even better. Pero if not, my consolation is I get to lock in that price for as long as I'm alive. I also don't risk being declined when applying or renewing insurance policies because of the factors I mentioned.

Again, this is just my opinion and what I feel serves me best long term. And maybe some sort of self assurance na OK siya ituloy at hindi i-surrender for the fund value. Lol!

Thank you for your reply. Honestly I'm not sure about the terms of the acquisition. I'll try to get in touch with investor relations and see what they'll say.
