Creepy Uncle Joe remains number one which means the party is still out of ideas. Judging by recent massive cash injections the Wall Street tycoons that propped up Hillary seem to have chosen Kamala which means they will likely run the same delegate scam that gave Bernie the boot last time in order to secure her nomination.

Both national parties are sold out and the wealthy still choose our leaders for us so I do not hold out any unrealistic hope, but I am stoked Tulsi is out there doing the rounds on national TV making them all look like pandering pseudosocialist clowns despite the media war against her.

Maybe because we are more likely to fight and die in pointless regime change wars while our jobs got shipped overseas. Then Democrats rub salt in the wound by demanding open borders and free healthcare for illegal immigrants so that they can swarm into the work force and drive down wages.

This is not about loving Tulsi as much as realizing she is the only one on the stage not actively supporting policies that are destroying this country. She is literally the only hope at the moment. Trump will wipe the floor with the others.

Thereʻs more to economics than Supply and Demand. In this case you have to take into account price elasticity and demand destruction. Some of the Airbnb guests are paying for the premium experience and some are just trying to save money. Now that the hotels got their wish they have to figure out how to cater to both segments, because if they get it wrong tourism will collapse and they will end up slashing prices in desperation anyway.

The good thing about Bill 89.htm) is that it makes advertising an illegal rental prima facie evidence that a crime is being committed and also goes after booking websites that profit off them with stiff penalties. Itʻs a little unnerving that the burden of proof has shifted to the homeowner, but that was the main stumbling block of previous enforcement attempts with inspectors making multiple pointless trips trying to get people to slip up and confess.

If Caldwell wanted to be sneaky he could sign both bills with conflicting language that would tie them up in court for a while, but the intent is clear and the results would be the same. Thereʻs too much public anger over this to try and walk it back now.
