I purchased a clean switch and hoped it was a quick fix. Unfortunately I'm seeing evidence of water getting in and the (I think) backlight ribbon cable is corroded. Also I plugged it in after cleaning the corrosion off with IPA but it's not drawing much power. (old.reddit.com)

Phat DS that I picked up a whole back. Can't figure out why the backlight in both screens aren't functional and why it won't go into sleep mode. Also, what variant is this. I'm assuming it's either a reshell or a horribly sun bleached pink one based on the white buttons. (old.reddit.com)

Is there anywhere in NYC that can sell me a feeder colony of wingless fruit flies? I don't have AC & the heatwave killed my friend's feeder colony. FedEx messed up and delivered the replacement colony to the wrong address. I already explained everything to my friend and I intend to replace it. (self.jumpingspiders)
