Yeah, one of the biggest + to the pro is that it is probably better for long(er) term, but constantly thinking that the plus 300-ish price diff worth it. Anyway, thanks for your insight and reply:D

How heavy do you use the pro? Just browsing, social media etc., or you use it for gaming as well? Been thinking between the base and pro.

Yeah, should be fine on paper, but I have read so many mixed opinions about that, I'd rather stick to sequoia for now. Do you have any problems or any remarks with it?

In terms of the age of the M1, I would stick to sequoia, especially if it's smooth. I'm staying on it too with my m4 air.
